Communicate Consistently and Honestly with Team Members in Child Care

Consistently and honestly communication with team members plays an important role in early childhood programs. It allows ECEs to work together as a team to provide the highest quality of childcare. This workshop will teach participants about good work ethic, confidence, how to maintain strong working relationships with team members. During this workshop the participants will discuss and learn the steps and the importance of consistently and honestly communication with their team members, how to accept their role as an educator, supervisor or director, the importance of effective communication and how to create a child care working environment which fosters respect, trust, caring and empathy.​
