Effective Communication within ECEs

Effective communication allows ECEs to work together as a team to provide the highest quality of childcare. This workshop will teach participants about good work ethic, confidence, how to maintain strong working relationships with ECEs, how to communicate effectively and the key skills needed for effective communication. Participants will learn the importance of effective communication and how to create a child care working environment which fosters respect, trust, caring and empathy.
