Effective Supervision in Child Care

Effective supervision encourages positive, responsive and intentional learning environment for children and child care educators, as well as ensuring children’s safety, well – being and development. During this workshop participants will learn how to supervise children all the time, provide safe environment and meet needs of children in the program, promote positive and intentional learning environments for children. Participants will also learn how to use techniques that promote effective supervision practices and create safe care and age appropriate environment for children.
