Guiding Children's Behaviour (Baby Through School Age) 4 PARTS
This workshop is designed to help child care educators to develop more knowledge about What is Child Development and Why is it important? How to develop Social and Emotional skills? How to Set Up age and developmentally appropriate Environment for children as well as Strategies and Skills for Leaders.
During this workshop participants will discuss how to support children to develop social and emotional skills, understand the feelings of others, control their own feelings and behaviors, get along with other children, and build relationships with adults. Participants will work in small groups to create different activities and group projects to support children's social and emotional development. Participants will be able to have group discussions how to create an environment which will support children’s social and emotional development and ensure that they are providing clear expectations to guide children's behaviors. Participants will be provided well designed different environmental ideas which will teach participants how to create well-designed environment for children where they can build strong relationships, feel secure, play independently and with others.
