Signing and submitting this contract confirms booking with Gravity Success Consulting Inc.
Payment is due on the same day you receive an invoice.
All payments can be made by Cheque, Cash, Credit Card or Interac e-Transfer to the email address info@gravitysuccess.com
(4% Fee Applies to All Credit Card Purchases)
(Minimum of 2 participants are required to run the community workshop)
NOTES
- There is no cancelation for Onsite Workshop(s) as soon as you receive an invoice. You can reschedule the date of the workshop(s) if you have a valid reason. If you need to reschedule Onsite Workshop(s) with valid reason, please contact via email: info@gravitysuccess.com a minimum 1 (one) week before the scheduled date to reschedule the workshop for another available date within 1 (one) month. 1 (one) time only
- If we need to reschedule Onsite Workshop(s) with a valid reason, you agree to reschedule the same workshop to be delivered in-person for another available date or Virtually on the same day (if it is possible/available). We will contact you as soon as possible before the workshop scheduled date.
All Scheduled and Delivered services are Non-Refundable
