Building a Successful Team

Service Description

Building a successful team is very important in child care for the children’s safety. This workshop will teach how to build trust and team identity when they are all very different and respect the value of each team member. Participant will learn about effective communication and conflict resolution. Participants will practice team building skills through interactive activities and having scenarios in small groups.
