Guiding Children’s Behaviours

Service Description

This workshop will teach about challenging behavior, 5 areas of development (S.P.I.C.E.), the difference between development and behavior, and the difference between guiding a child’s behavior and punishment. During this workshop participants will learn about positive and appropriate guidance, which helps children develop respect, self-regulation, self-confidence, sensitivity and find appropriate ways to express their wants, needs, views and feelings. Participants will understand how important is to build loving and trusting relationships with children, use effective communication and Guiding children’s behavior skills when working with children.
