Time Management in Child Care

Working in child care industry our days are often led by coverage issues and other agenda items we never planned on. There are times that we don’t get everything done we have on the to - do list. During this workshop we will discuss about the priorities and the reasons of not following through. Participants will learn why following through is very important, how to cope, prioritize, track and manage their time.
