Signing and submitting this contract confirms booking with Gravity Success Consulting.
Payment is due on the same day you receive an invoice.
If you decide to reschedule Onsite Workshop(s) with valid reason, you will need to contact via email: [email protected] a minimum 1 (one) week before the scheduled date to reschedule the workshop for another available date within 1 (one) month. *1 (one) time only*
If I need to reschedule Onsite Workshop(s) with valid reason, I will contact you
as soon as possible before the workshop scheduled date to reschedule the workshop for another date.
All payments can be made by Cheque, Cash, Credit Card or Interac e-Transfer to the email address [email protected]
(4% Fee Applies to All Credit Card Purchases)
(Minimum of 2 participants are required to run the community workshop)
All Scheduled and Delivered services are non-refundable
