Team Management
This workshop will teach participants how to manage and supervise child care program by meeting Child care Licensing Regulation. During this workshop participants will discuss how to use managerial techniques and skills to bring team members together, how to build a strong and supportive team knowing they are all different, and the role of manager and responsibilities. Participants will learn how to lead their teams rather than manage them, how to empower teams to make decision together in the best interest of their programs and how to manage personal and work stress. Participants will practice coaching skills through hands-on interactive activities and real-life scenarios.
